How to calculate 'average earlobe reference' ?


You record 16 channels and use the left ear as reference. The right ear is one of the other recorded channels (e.g. channel 16). Afterwards you want to calculate the "Average Earlobe Reference".

Here is how to calculate it:

Signal (Channel 1..15) - [Signal (Channel 16) / 2]

How can I synchronized g.Nautilus with an EMG device from Delsys and a motion tracking system from Motion Analysis software corporation?

  • Read the g.Nautilus stream into the SW acquiring the EMG data
  • Send a UDP or TCP/IP data stream from the EMG SW package to Simulink which is used to acquire data from g.Nautilus
  • Read the g.Nautilus and the NIDAQ data into Simulink and use the faster one as master device

  • Tobii Pro Glasses 2 sends trigger info to g.Nautilus
  • g.Nautilus can receive the trigger on Analog Input (g.Nautilus MP headset) or Digital Input (basestation)
  • Create eye gaze - video events in Tobii Pro Lab
  • Export event data to *.tsv file
  • Import event data to g.BSanalyze to get event markes at video events
